Hi, I’m Natalie Doherty - Coach, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and gentle guide for women at internal crossroads.
I help women reconnect with who they are and what they want - so they can move forward in life or work with clarity, confidence, and self-belief.
For years, I followed a career I was proud of - moving roles every few years, living abroad, achieving what I wanted at that time. But in my mid-30s, something shifted. Personal dreams I’d long held were still out of reach, and I started to feel unanchored. I found myself questioning who I was and what did I want - beyond my job title and the life I imagined I’d have by now?
That was the beginning of a slow and conscious reweaving of a life that felt more aligned, more spacious, more true to who I was and that gave me a sense of satisfaction and meaning again.
Through coaching and yoga practices, I reconnected with myself and explored what I really wanted. Along the way, with tapping and self compassion, I learned to soften my inner critic, reclaimed my voice and confidence, and discovered a gentler, more authentic way forward.
Now, I support other women navigating their own quiet transitional points and confidence:
- Those feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure what they want next
- Those who do know their vision but feel held back by self-doubt, fear, imposter syndrome or limiting beliefs.
- Those who sense they’ve outgrown the life they built and are ready to realign with who they truly are and what they want.
