Hi, I’m Natalie Doherty.

For years, I followed a career I was loved. I had travelled the world, had roles that excited me and I'd once felt driven by. But in my mid-30s, something shifted. I started to feel the internal rumblings about meaning and purpose. I didn't know what I wanted anymore and I had lost my internal compass. 

Through coaching and yoga practices, I reconnected with myself and explored who I was, what success in life meant to me at this point and used the magic of Rapid Tapping to help me move towards my goals. I learned to soften my inner critic, reclaimed my voice and confidence, and discovered a gentler, more authentic way forward. 

Now, I support other reflective women navigating their own quiet turning points. Helping them recentre and realign their life and work with who they are, who they want to be and raise their energy as they move through life and towards their vision.

My Credentials & Experience

I’m a qualified coach, yoga, and meditation teacher with years of experience helping women navigate their careers and personal journeys. My qualifications include:  

  • ILM5 Coaching and Mentoring certification
  • Team Coaching certification
  • RY200hrs Yoga Teacher Training 
  • RY100hrs Yin Yoga Training 
  • Teaching Mindfulness Meditation certification
  • Rapid Tapping Pro Level 1

In addition to formal training, I bring personal experience to my work having navigated multiple career changes, relocations, and periods of uncertainty. Not to mention my unofficial PHD in feeling an imposter or lacking confidence at times! I have been coaching since 2021, mainly to those working in the public sector, and guiding yoga and other mind body practices since 2019. These experiences, combined with my coaching training and holistic tools, allow me to offer a deeply empathetic, integrated approach to personal and professional transformation.

Nature inspires a lot of my work, for that reason I coaching sessions can take place in nature as well as online.
